RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS
One night's deposit including tax is required for each room
reserved.A personal
check will be accepted if it arrives no more than 7 days after
the reservation date and at least 21 days prior to the check-in date.
A cashier's check or money
order will be accepted if it arrives no more than 7 days after
the reservation date and at least 7 days prior to the
reservation.
A valid Visa or
Master Card number with expiration date at the time of
the reservation is also acceptable (this may be credited and
paid in cash at the time of your arrival if you desire).
One credit card may be used for up to two rooms, these will be
charged separately. We will send a confirmation by
e-mail after the deposit has been made and verified.
This is a guaranteed
reservation. We will hold the room for you until 7am the
morning after your reservation date.

Cancellation Policy:
We have a 48 hour cancellation
policy. If you cancel 48 hours or more prior to your
arrival a full refund will be given. If you cancel after
the 48 hour limit a full refund will be given if we are able
to re-rent the room. However, no refund will be
given if you cancel within the 48 hours and we are not able to
re-rent the room.
We do not allow pets on the
property--not even in vehicles.
Our office closes between 10
and 11pm (2:30am mid June through
August). If you arrive after closing we will leave an
envelope for you with a note on the Anvil office door
directing you to your room. You can check in the next morning
or call to arrange an early check out.

Please e-mail or call us with your name, reservation date &
confirmation number.
Your refund will be on your
next credit card company statement
if the cancellation was timely or if we were able to re-rent
the room.
If you have any questions
regarding a credit, please wait for two credit card statements
passed the date of the cancellation. Then MAIL or FAX these
two statements with your name, e-mail address, US Mail
address, daytime phone number, and date the reservation was
made.
We will get back to you as soon as we have received the fax
and verified the situation.
